Immune Boosting Green Goddess Soup

With the coronavirus upon us, especially here in the US, I thought it might be time for an immune boosting soup recipe that is delicious, easy to make and will support sickness prevention.

You literally only need a blender, a pot and about 5-10 minutes.

Many of the ingredients are also great for detox and boosting energy as well!

Ingredients (makes 1 serving):

  1. 3 cups baby spinach

  2. 1 clove whole peeled garlic

  3. 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, sliced

  4. 1/4 tsp cayenne

  5. 1/4 tsp ground turmeric

  6. 1/2 tsp sea salt

  7. 1 cup mushroom broth

  8. 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  9. 1/8 tsp black pepper

  10. 1/2 tsp lemon or lime juice

Garnish (optional):

  1. Chia seeds

  2. Pumpkin seeds

  3. Unsweetened coconut cream


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixture is smooth

  2. Place mixture in a pot and heat to desired temperature

  3. Top off with a sprinkle of chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of coconut cream
