Berry Chia Pudding Recipe

Only 5 ingredients, packed with antioxidants, protein and omega 3's?!

My berry chia pudding recipe is a great choice to keep you fuller longer, maintain energy and avoid that mid-afternoon crash.

I know you have 5 minutes to throw this recipe together and I also know you will be glad you did!

- 1 scoop Designs for Health plant based protein powder

- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (can also sub for cashew, almond or oat)


- Mix all ingredients together in a Tupperware container, except walnuts

- Cover and place in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours

- Enjoy!
